Michael Hansen


Mike has a solid background in the construction industry that started over 23 years ago, working for Williams Plastering as an apprentice. During that time he gained valuable experience working for Thompson Plumbing and Milgard Windows. Mike served a mission for his church in Texas from 1992-94. Mike pursued an education in Business Management from Moorpark College. During this time he worked for Richard Evans Construction and quickly became a supervisor for the niche of retrofitting residential and commercial buildings for the newly implemented earthquake standards. In 1995, Mike went to work for Next Step Development. While at Next Step Development, Mike received Class B General Contractors License in April 2004 # 837024. Mike is skilled in all levels of general contracting and has experience in running small residential and commercial projects to large-scale ground up commercial, large tenant improvement and residential design build. Mike has proven himself many times with his ability to handle all aspects of a project from subcontractor scheduling to meeting with owners and city managers to get projects completed on time.  Mike has a lovely wife Nikki and four children.

Michael Seay


Mike started out in this industry working for a stone fabricator as an apprentice.  Mike learned all aspects of the marble, granite and tile business while working for Wirtz Stone Corporation.  Mike served a mission for his church to the Dominican Republic for 2 years.  When he returned home in 1995 he embarked on his education and received an AA from Ventura College, a BS in International Business from Pepperdine and a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine.  Mike pursued a career in the medical device industry working for many of the medical giants like Medtronic, Tyco Healthcare and Baxter.  While in this industry Mike is one of the founders of a medical device start-up called CranioMed, Inc.  While there he was responsible for corporate governance as the CEO and is now a 50% partner in the holding of a proprietary screw design that has been submitted for patent approval.  While involved in the medical industry, Mike has always been involved in construction projects with Mike Hansen over the past 10 years and their friendship and business relationship has led them to form AAA Development, Inc.  Mike recently received his Class B General Contractor’s license.  Mike has a lovely wife Jaimee and four children.
